Sebastien "Seb" Drouin is a bilingual (french & english) certified PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer -- MSDT (certification # 406223) with more than 25 years of diving experience. He is also registered in the Province of Quebec to teach scuba diving with Quebec Sub-Aquatique (formerly FQAS, certification #3691). Seb is also a certified cylinder inspector through PCI-PSI.



Scuba Seb offers a full range of scuba diving courses in the Ottawa National Capital region and Eastern Ontario, Canada. Seb teaches Open Water diver (OWD) to Diver Master (DM) certifications, everything in between, and a wide range of specialties such as Drift, Night, Deep, Wreck, Equipment Specialist, Self-Reliant Diver, and many others.
